I love Idaho, and this is one of the reasons. I think what this country needs is more guns, that way we can overthrow the government when and how we want to for any reason we want to. Like trying to stop us from posessing automatic weaponry and tanks.

-I hate to say it but I beat out Lance, how did I do that? I think I mostly answered honestly. I didn’t know some of those lame Periodic elements but maybe I got them right from my immense abilities of deduction. Maybe its because I spend 10+ hours a day on unix and linux servers writing and thinking in shell script. I mean its not like I remove all the letters on my keyboard and replace them with penguins like one ultra nerd I knew.

-Does this bode well for our relationship? She hates me, the internet said so. It is interesting that she got the polar opposite of me. I guess this means that she fills in my gaps on being cool and I fill in her gaps on being a nerd. Perfect match..

Air Powered Car

-THis bad boy can travel up to 200km on a compressed air charge and go up to 136mph. And the price is around $10k? Sign me up. I want one now, even if it looks stupid it only takes 3-4 minutes for the built in compressor to get enough air to go 200km. That means it hardly costs a thing to operate. And oil change is once every 50000 km. Dude! Is this thing for real? Has France finally done something of consequence?

Battlestar Galactica

Since my heart has been destroyed over the lack of a premier for Korgoth I can at least find solice in the fact that Battlestar Galactica 3.0 is a go. If you haven’t watched this series you need to rent it on netflix and watch the first two seasons. If you don’t use netflix then you are gay, and I can’t help you. Course there are even some cool gay people that I am sure use netflix, but I just don’t know any.

Doctors – Who needs em.

I have strep throat and have had it for like 2 weeks. So I decided that I need to go see a doctor. She comes in to see me and apparently I wasn’t worthy of a doctor and they send in the Nurse Practitioner. The nurse asks me what is wrong, I say my throat has been hurting for a week and it is not getting better. I have like blisters in the back of my throat. She looks in my ears and my nose for a while and then asks me to open my mouth. She spends about half a second, no joke, looking in my mouth. She then asks me if I have my tonsels.

I am thinking you could look in my throat and tell me if I have my tonsels. She then states that I need to eat better and take vitamin C, at this point I stop listening. Is this the best these people can do? Eat better? Take vitamins? I take vitamins everyday, I eat pounds of vegetables everyday. I barely eat delicious animal flesh, mmm fried bacon, as it is not very nutritious and her best advice is to eat better. bah!

She then looks at me and says ‘Do you think you can work with me on this?’, who does this woman think she is? I will never go back to that doctors office again. I mean do they just hand these degrees out to anyone?

I am all for fish meds. Next time I am sick I think I shall get some of these babies. She gave me some allergy pills, something to squirt up my schnoz and a prescription for some syrup laced with codine.

Upscaling DVD player

So I decided to get an upscaling DVD player. See it here. After hooking it up and watching Stargate Sg-1 Season 3 Disk 2, I have decided that there is a noticeable difference in the quality of the picture. Who da thunk? Anyway if you don’t want to spend the cash on an HD-DVD or Blu-Ray player yet just buy one of these bad-boys. $79.88 at Walmart, not too bad.

Oh, and it filters out hell, damn, shit, fuck, and God if you want it too. Maybe Bitch too, I haven’t tested it yet. Is it bad to type the f-word in this context. I think its ok.

I suppose all my other friends blogging don’t use their real names in their blog titles. Are they afraid of attack? Do they not arm themselves at night with a sawed off twelve gauge under their pillows? Or is it because they don’t want their places of business to find out that they are blogging at work? Either way, I call ‘em sissies.

So what do you guys think? Is it bad that my name is in my blog? Am I going to have legions of rabid fans knocking on my door once this site goes mainstream?
